Michigan Lottery officials are saying someone bought a winning “Lucky For Life” lottery ticket at Meijer at 700 West Norton Avenue in Muskegon on Monday night. The winning numbers drawn were 05-06-16-19-27.
To claim the prize, the holder of the winning ticket should contact MI lottery headquarters in Lansing. Or call 517-373-1237. This best before Monday, July 29th, 2020. Because the winning ticket is valid for one year.
The Muskegon player is lucky for life. This means the ticket holder is entitled to a lifetime cash supply prize worth $25,000 a year or the lump sum alternative.
Historically, this is the 26th instance that a Michigan Lottery player has won a big Lucky For Life game.
Payment options for the winner
The lucky winner has two choices to receive the big prize. $25,000 annuity payment for a minimum of 20 years or life, whichever is greater. Or a one-time lump sum cash payment of $390,000.
