Kyle Grant, a 28-year-old man from Wyandotte, a city in south-eastern Wayne County in the U.S. state of Michigan won $75,000 while playing Michigan Lottery’s Cash Buster Towers game online.
He was surfing theinternet on his mobile phone late one-night when he came across Michigan Lottery’s home page. He then decided to play some online games and tried out Cash Buster Towers, a fun online game which was introduced by the Michigan Lottery on October 31, 2017.
According to the Michigan Lottery’s Cash Buster Towers game rules, you win the prize displayed on top of any one of six towers, when you are lucky enough to remove every block that makes up that tower.
Trading at $5 a ticket, Kyle’s luck came in early, because, in just a few tickets, he did just that. He removed every block from the tallest tower and that won him that tower’s prize which was $75,000!
“I texted my dad and best friend, Joe, but at that time of night, they were both asleep. So, I stayed up all night waiting for them to message me back. When they finally did, I had to convince them that I won $75k and I wasn’t playing a trick on them.”
“You play lottery games with the dream of winning, but I never thought it would be a reality for me. It’s unreal,” Kyle said in a press interview.
Grant and his friend, Joe Webb, visited the Michigan Lottery headquarters at 101 E. Hillsdale in downtown Lansing on Thursday to claim his big prize. He plans to pay some bills and then invest the remainder of his winnings.
