No worries. Michigan Lottery will, by all means, contact all winners of this drawing and notify them of the win. They use the contact information supplied by the player when they were registering their spin code. Or the contact details on the winners MI Lottery account profile.
Who gets to appear on TV?
According to this promotion rules, Big Spin event prize winners they require are to complete the forms and releases to partake in a Big Spin event.
Winners who do not complete all necessary forms and releases as required by the Lottery rules will not be eligible to take part and risk giving up the opportunity to take part in the Big Spin Event. Or to claim any prize associated with this promotion.
All Big Spin events will be recorded and broadcast in Michigan at a later date.

Each shortlisted Big Spin event winner will have the same/equal opportunity to win a guaranteed prize from $100,000 up to $2,000,000.
It is, however, very important to note that if you submitted your Spin Codes for a particular drawing, your spin codes are not eligible for subsequent drawings.
This is to say spin code entries are only valid for the drawing in which they were received or entered into. Spin code entries not selected as winners will expire after such the drawing.
