A lucky Michigan Lottery player is looking forward to filling a claim for a lifetime cash supply of $25,000 a year, for life. This, after Lottery officials, announced that a winning ticket for the second prize in the Lucky For Life game was sold in Warren, a city in Macomb County in the U.S. state of Michigan.
Although nobody has come forward with the winning ticket as yet, a ticket sold by the Tina’s Tobacco Outlet located at 4230 East 10 Mile Road in Warren, correctly matched all five winning white balls, but the Lucky Ball drew on Monday night – 14-17-18-21-48 – to win the big prize. This will mark the 22nd time that a Michigan resident has won a big lifetime prize in the Lucky For Life game.
The lucky winner has up to 365 days from Monday night’s draw to contact Michigan Lottery headquarters in Lansing and schedule an appointment to collect the claim of this big prize.
The winner has two choices on how to collect the big prize. They can either opt to receive annual payments of $25,000 a year, for a minimum payment period of twenty years or they can opt for a one-time lump sum cash payment of $390,000.
