MI Lottery Offices Closed on Fourth of July

Independence Day 2019

Tomorrow is the anniversary of the publication of the declaration of independence from Great Britain. So, most Americans, are probably ready for the Fourth of July displays and family event celebrations.

So, in observance of this Independence Day, the Michigan Lottery headquarters in Lansing will be closed on Thursday the Fourth of July 2019.

This will also affect all MI Lottery regional offices in Detroit, Grand Rapids, Livonia, Saginaw, and Sterling Heights. However, game drawings that are normally run on Thursday will take place.

Select bank claim centers that the MI Lottery has teamed up with may open on Thursday. But they will not process claims because the lottery head offices will be closed. That is until all offices resume regular working hours on Friday at 7:45 a.m.

No matter how you choose to celebrate this Fourth of July. Play Michigan Lottery wishes you a safe and happy Independence Day.
